At Cartiquo, we strive to deliver high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are processed.
1. Return Eligibility (7 Days Policy)
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- The product must be in its original packaging with all tags intact
- Proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, or email confirmation) is required
Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
⚠️ IMPORTANT – UNBOXING VIDEO (MANDATORY)
You must record a clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video at the time of opening your package.
- The video must show the package from all sides before opening
- The entire unboxing process must be recorded without cuts or edits
- The product and any issue (damage, defect, missing item) must be clearly visible
This video is mandatory for all return, replacement, or refund claims.
Claims without proper unboxing video evidence may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used or damaged products (not caused during delivery)
- Products without original packaging or tags
- Items returned without prior approval
- Clearance, sale, or promotional items (if applicable)
- Personal use items (for hygiene reasons, where applicable)
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective item
- A wrong product
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
Include:
- Order ID
- Clear photos of the product
- Mandatory unboxing video (as mentioned above)
After verification, we will offer:
- Replacement (preferred), or
- Refund (if replacement is not available)
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at support@cartiquo.com within 7 days of delivery
- Provide order details and reason for return
- Our team will review and approve the request
- You will receive return instructions
Note:
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
- In some cases, customers may be required to ship the product back
5. Refund Policy
Once your return is approved and processed:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (for prepaid orders)
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit
Processing Time:
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval
- Payment gateway timelines (Razorpay, banks) may vary
6. Shipping Charges
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
8. Fraud Prevention & Fair Usage
To maintain a fair shopping environment, Cartiquo reserves the right to:
- Reject returns that do not meet our policy conditions
- Deny repeated or suspicious return/refund requests
- Take necessary action in case of misuse or fraudulent claims
9. Third-Party Services Disclaimer
We use trusted third-party platforms such as Shopify, Razorpay, logistics partners, and marketing platforms (e.g., Meta, Google) to operate our business.
While we ensure best practices, delays or issues caused by these third-party services may be beyond our direct control.
10. Policy Updates
Cartiquo reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be reflected on this page.
